| Job Description | The role involves creating long-lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service To engage regularly with the client and ensure that clients get best-in-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products Managing & developing a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, offering personalized & corporate financial solutions and advisory services to meet their lending and wealth management needs The Relationship Manager liaison with different internal teams to ensure the delivery of right financial solutions as per client needs and achieve business budget. |
| Responsibility | Regular interactions with clients, understanding their financial goals, and addressing their wealth management needs Develop and execute strategies to acquire new affluent clients & grow the portfolio Collaborate with product specialists, marketing, and other teams to enhance product offerings and improve client acquisition and retention Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Work closely with the support teams to ensure smooth on boarding of new clients and efficient handling of any client-related issues |
| Requirements | Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field Previous experience as Relationship Manager, having track record of achieving sales budget and delivering best-in-class customer service Strong knowledge of lending products, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills NISM V-A certified candidates would be preferred |
